Delivery time

Your product should arrive within 15-31 days. We aim to get your product to you within a couple of weeks, but sometimes shipping issues which are out of our hands will lead to slightly longer delivery time. Deliveries may take longer during the festive season.

We will provide you with a tracking number in a confirmation email once you have placed your order. You can track your order here: https://www.17track.net/en.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days, please contact us at contact@bohopulse.com with your order details and we will give you a full refund.

Note: This does not include any error made by the customer in regards to order information or missing a delivery.

Package Delivery

We work with artists, suppliers, and manufacturers from all over the world. Our products originate from designers and manufacturers in countries such as India, Thailand, and China, while some will come directly from the United States. Due to this, items may be delivered separately.
