Returns & Refunds
If any item you have ordered is broken or you haven't received what you ordered, you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we will work with you to resolve your issue. In such situations, we can offer a refund or reship the correct item.
Refunded money will be returned to the card or payment method you used to make the order.
If you would like to return an order or an individual item from an order, you can contact us at email@example.com and we will give you the details on how to proceed. Any attempt to return an item must be carried out within 60 days. If 60 days elapse, we will be unable to accept your request to return. All items to be returned should be in the same condition as they were when sent out.
Shipping must be paid for by you and is nonrefundable.
Do not send back to the manufacturer. A separate address will be provided to you.
